Founded in May 2000, The Moosic School, Inc. strives to provide a high quality music learning experience for students of all ages and levels of ability. Our mission is to create a fun and lively music-making environment, not just for the students, but for the entire family!
We currently offer programs at The Moosic School studio on W. Alabama @ Timmons, River Oaks Baptist School, Awty International School, St Vincent de Paul Catholic School and St. Mark Episcopal School.
We offer programs in percussion, piano, violin, guitar and Chinese (Mandarin) all year round. Not all programs are available at all locations. Please check our course catalog for programs offered at each location. Our classes and lessons are taught by highly qualified teachers. All of our teachers have obtained professional musical training from accredited Universities such as Rice University, University of Houston, and Oberlin Conservatory just to name a few.
